- Reshipment at the customer’s expense, or
- Partial refund excluding shipping and handling costs
No refund is guaranteed for abandoned or destroyed packages.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed to the carrier:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
- Customers must contact the carrier or local postal service for investigation.
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we may, at our discretion:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue store credit or refund.
9. Split Shipments
Because items may ship from different suppliers or warehouses:
- Orders may arrive in separate packages
- Packages may have different delivery dates
Additional shipping fees will not be charged for split shipments unless clearly stated.
10. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is considered complete when:
- The carrier marks the package as delivered to the provided address.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
- Theft after delivery
- Delivery to mailbox, reception, or neighbor accepted by the carrier

We are not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Government restrictions
- Transportation or supply chain disruptions
